Registration Details

Your registration is valid for one person only. Please find here the registration conditions.

Attendance is completely FREE OF CHARGE for investment advisors (e.g. private bankers, wealth managers, family offices), portfolio managers and institutional investors (e.g. pension funds, insurance companies). Please note: Cost-free attendance at XENIX discression. Please contact m [dot] thomasatxenix [dot] eu (Dr. Markus Thomas) for your personal registration or register online below.

If applicable: Participation costs: 350 EUR (net). Participation costs are net for participants which are not domiciled outside Germany. In other words: participation costs are without VAT (value added tax) if the EU-Reverse Charge regime is applicable according to German Value Added Tax Law paragraph 3a.

Benefits: One day conference participation includes hand-out of printed materials, coffee breaks, lunch, refreshments and a come-together-reception ath the end of the day.

Cancellations and refunds: Cancellations must be made in writing to XENIX. If the cancellation is received by Saturday, August 20th, 2011, reimbursement of the complete registration fee will be made. In case of late cancellation or non-appearance, registered persons are not entitled to a total refund. XENIX will charge a cancellation fee of 150 Euro (net, per person).

An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of registration. The invoice and conference information will also be send. Conference fees must be paid prior to the event. Full pre-payment is required.

Cancellation: Must be made in writing to XENIX (please see details above). If the cancellation is received by Saturday, 20th August 2011, reimbursement of the complete registration fee will be made.
